Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the interior minister, has instructed the Civil Defense, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Service Board to hold the upcoming promotion exams for its officers in the various services in the states where they are active.
Afonja Ajibola, the ministry’s deputy director of press, signed a statement on Tuesday that contained this information.
Aregbesola claimed that packed testing facilities can compromise the integrity of an exam when giving directions during an inspection visit to the Abuja testing facility.
As a result, he gave Hajiya Aisha Rufa’i, the board’s secretary, the order to start holding promotions tests across the Federation.
Since there are CBT centers throughout the states that may be used for the test, the Minister stated that. It would go a long way in providing seamless conduct of the examinations in the respective States.
“The Minister commended the board for achieving the feat in conducting CBT examination, which has added relevant credibility to the process.”
