Gov.Ademola Unveil Science, Technology Innovation, Visits Osogbo to Check Damage Caused by Fire Outbreak

The governor of Osun State on Monday, in continuation of his assignment to turn Osun state into a technology hub of Nigeria has unveiled the Science, Technology & Innovation, Information Communication Technology & Digital Economy Policy and the domestication of Osun Technology Startups Act. This is to open up more opportunities for investment in Osun State.
He also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on broadband fibre deployment in Osun State as he continues to champion the digital economy drive. This is in line with our 100 days plans to kick-start the technology revolution in Osun State.
He furthermore visited MDS, Olaiya area, Osogbo to assess the damage caused by the fire outbreak that happened overnight. He commiserated with the traders who lost goods in the fire, and assured them that his administration will provide support to traders who lost goods in the fire.
