Oyo State Gov, Makinde Second-Term Inauguration To Kick Start Today.

The programme of events for the Inauguration of Governor Seyi Makinde’s second -term, has been announced by the Oyo State Government to begin today, May 26, 2023, with a Special Juma’at Service, to be held at the Central Mosque, Oja’ba, Ibadan.

According to the Transition Committee, the Juma’at service to herald Makinde’s inauguration at the Ibadan Central mosque, Oja Oba will begin at 1pm.

This was confirmed by the Chairman of the Transition Committee, Segun Ogunwuyi that this will be followed by a Special Thanksgiving scheduled to hold at Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Old Ife Road, Ibadan.

The Governor will be inaugurated on Monday, May 29, 2023, at the Liberty Stadium, Ibadan.

This will be followed immediately by a transition report by the Transition Committee at the Governor’s Office, Ibadan.

Later in the evening, a Gala night will hold at the University of Ibadan International conference center, Ibadan.
