Residents of Sagamu Worry Over High Cost of Rams Ahead of Eid el Kabir

Residents of Sagamu in Ogun State are concerned about the high cost of rams ahead of the Eid el Kabir celebration. In an interview with our correspondent, a ram seller in the area lamented the high cost of the animals, saying that the price of a ram that was once sold for NGN 150,000 has now increased to NGN 300,000, leading to low patronage. The seller expressed hope that the government would intervene to address the issue.

The high cost of rams and goats has left many residents of Sagamu with doubts about how they will celebrate the upcoming Eid el Kabir festival. Despite the challenges, however, many residents remain hopeful that the government will take action to address the issue.
