Community Members Bemoan Bank Scarcity At Ogere-Remo

Members of the Ogere-Remo community in Ogun state have complained about the insufficiency of banks in their community.

The members complained that they had only one bank, which is Union Bank in their town. They mentioned that if you need to have any transaction with any other bank, you need to go all the way toward Iperu.

Correspondents who paid a visit to the community discovered that the services of the bank were not very commendable, as customers were sitting or standing under the sun outside the gate.

When correspondents asked why customers were sitting outside, a customer said “The security man said the crowd was too much inside”

It was also observed that despite the crowd, the ATM stands were completely deserted.
