Ogun state Govt. Breaks Ground on Aviation Village Construction Project In Iperu Remo

In a landmark moment for Ogun state, government officials and construction crews, came together today to break ground on a housing project that will definitely improve the lives of its residents. The site for this project is in Iperu, Ikenne Local Government, a proximity to the Gateway Agro-cargo airport.

Some dignitaries available are; the Alaperu of Iperu, Oba Adelekan Adeleke Idowu, the special Adviser to the Governor on Housing, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi and many others.

Each unit in the estate will be offered to the public at affordable prices, with both carcass and fully finished units available and added mortgage options through the Gateway Mortgage Bank.

The construction of this estate is not just about housing; it’s an economic catalyst. Local businesses will benefit from the project as it will provide jobs and stimulate the community’s economy.
