Manchester City took on RB Leipzig in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie at the Etihad and thrashed the Bundesliga side.

Manchester City won 7-0 against RB Leipzig and Erling Haaland scored five of them!

The last-16 tie seemed finely poised after an opening leg in Germany which ended a goal apiece and saw both teams have periods of dominance. City were in total control in the opening 45 minutes but only Riyad Mahrez managed to find the back of the net.

The Norwegian striker netted five goals in an amazing individual display as City secured their place in the Champions League quarter-finals
