Akarigbo Commissions NDLEA Office in Sagamu, Ready to Tackle Drug Related Challenges

His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, Torungbuwa II, LLB, LLM, CFR, the highly esteemed Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, took part in a momentous event as he officially commissioned the new NDLEA Office in Sagamu, Ogun State. The commissioning ceremony, held on Monday, October 23rd, 2023, was a significant milestone for the region.
In attendance were distinguished guests, including the State Commander of NDLEA Ogun State Command, the Commandant of NDLEA Sagamu, and other senior officers from the NDLEA in Ogun State Command. Also present was the Bamofin of Remoland and the Chief of Staff to the Akarigbo of Remoland, among other notable personalities.
The commissioning of the NDLEA Office in Sagamu signifies a major step forward in enhancing security and combating drug-related issues in the region. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as a crucial hub for the NDLEA’s operations, ensuring a more effective and coordinated approach in addressing drug-related crimes.
The event was filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment as the Akarigbo and other dignitaries expressed their gratitude and support for this vital addition to the community.
