Akarigbo of Remo, Others, Welcomes Tinubu During Visit to Awujale of Ijebuland Palace

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, has paid a special appreciation visit to the Paramount Ruler and Awujale of Ijebuland, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona – CFR in his Palace in Ijebu-Ode. This marks his first official visit to any state upon assuming office.
The visit was a historic honour, as Ijebuland stood still to receive the president. The Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Ajayi, CFR, Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the senator representing Ogun-East, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, the CEO Globalcom, Dr. Mike Adenuga, GCON were among those present to receive the president.
During the visit, the president received royal blessings from the monarchs and had a fruitful discussion with them. The visit also provided an opportunity for the president to interact with the people and leaders of the state.
