AMOTEKUN COMMANDER ENCOURAGES SECURITY AGENCIES TO WORK TOGETHER IN OGUN

Corps Commander of the Ogun State Security Network Agency, Amotekun Officer, and CP David Akinremi (Rtd.) said fruitful partnership and sharing of experiences among security agencies will help in improving security in society.

Mr. Aderemi revealed this while playing host to the new State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), at Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.

He called for professionalism and patriotism between his security members and the Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in addressing insecurity in the State and the country generally.

“It is, therefore, expedient that intelligence sharing and consistent effective collaboration among the security agencies would assist the output of law enforcement agents to be agreeing with global best practices,” he said.

The retired Police Commissioner applauded the Governor, Dapo Abiodun for the support to increase the security agencies towards their effectiveness. He also commended the officers and men of NSCDC for exhibiting professionalism in areas of knowledge, discipline, physical exercises, and parade during the training of Amotekun Corps recruits.
