Bicag Charity Foundation Marks 1st Anniversary, Empowers 250 Vulnerable Individuals in Sagamu

 

 

The Bicag Charity Foundation celebrated its first anniversary in style, empowering over 250 elderly individuals, widows, and vulnerable members of the community in Sagamu, Ogun State.

The event, held on January 26, 2025, at Ewusi Hall in Makun Sagamu, was a testament to the foundation’s commitment to uplifting the community through various initiatives.

Mrs. Abidemi Emmanuel, founder and CEO of the foundation, emphasized the organization’s mission to address the needs of vulnerable populations and foster community development.

 

Her remarks were echoed by the royal father of the day, His Royal Highness, Alayeluwa Oba Timothy Akinsanya, who commended the foundation’s positive impact on beneficiaries and the overall community.

The event featured a lineup of distinguished guests, including Omooba (Hon.) Damilare Mohammed Bello ‘DRE’, who praised the foundation as a pillar of community support.

 

Dr. Adedotun Ogundehin delivered an insightful lecture on the importance of charity organizations like Bicag, while Comrade Bidemi Solarin and Comrade Ayoola Aduroja emphasized the need for continued support for the youth and vulnerable populations.

The anniversary celebration included cake cutting, a health outreach lecture, moral teachings, and a celebratory party.
