BREAKING: FG VS ASUU: COURT POSTPONES HEARING UNTIL SEPTEMBER 19
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike lawsuit, which the Federal Government filed to contest, has been postponed until Monday, September 19, when the National Industrial Court will hear the Federal Government’s interlocutory application.
James Igwe, the federal government’s attorney, requested during the Friday session’s resumed session that the case be given an expedited hearing since it was crucial that the pupils get back to school.
