Breaking: Remo/ Ijebu State Creation Committee Set to Present Report to Akarigbo

The Ad-hoc Committee on State Creation, established by His Royal Majesty, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, Oba Adewale Babatunde Ajayi, has concluded its assignment and is set to present its report.
According to a statement from the Committee’s Secretary, Wole Awe, the report will be formally presented to the Akarigbo on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the Conference Room of the Akarigbo’s Palace.
Key stakeholders in Rẹ́mọ’s political landscape have been invited to this crucial meeting, where their endorsement of the Rẹ́mọ position on state creation will be sought.
The development marks a significant step in the push for a separate Remo/Ijebu State, a long-standing aspiration of the people.
