Dapo Abiodun Appreciates Ogun People for Support, Restate Administration’s Strategy to Ensure Security

Governor Dapo Abiodun on his social media platform recounted some of what his administration has done to ensure security in the state at large. Hence, appreciating the people of the state for their support and understanding through the journey of his first four Years.

“We have made deliberate policies and steps towards ensuring the safety of lives and property in our dear state over the years, ranging from the establishment of Ogun State Security Trust Fund (OGSTF) (which has seen us donating 100 patrol vehicles and 200 motorcycles to the Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Police), setting up of the Joint Security Intervention Scheme – JSIS – a multi-agency security troop saddled with the responsibility of returning peace to, & maintaining same within Yewa region, as well as a Peace-Keeping Committee.

“ We’ve also inaugurated the AMOTEKUN Corps – the security outfit within the Western Nigeria Security Network, and other lofty initiatives that have assisted us to successfully manage the security and safety of everyone within our dear State” Dapo added.
