EFCC Arraigns Woman for Contract Scam in Kaduna
The Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC on Monday January 6, 2023, arraigned one Binta Balarabe Kubau before Justice A.A. Bello of the Kaduna State High Court on one count charge bordering on contract scam.
The defendant, posing as a staff of the Ministry of Works, Kaduna State extorted the sum of N590,000 from a complainant as tender fee purportedly for a non-existent contract for the construction of drainage, road, borehole, as well as supply of medical equipment.
