FEAR AS FUEL FILLED TANKER EXPLODES ON LAGOS-IBADAN EXPRESSWAY
The incident was said to have occurred at Araromi town before Sagamu interchange, Ogun state In the early hours of Thursday morning.
The Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency TRACE confirmed the accident to involve two trucks fully loaded with PMS, a Cab star pickup van and a passenger bus with an unconfirmed number of occupants.
The incident which has lead to vehicular movements been diverted to a single way from the interchange to the AP turn. The FRSC Ogun Sector Command has, however, advised that motoring public should make use of alternative routes to avoid unnecessary delay.
Motorists are advised to remain calm and cooperate with traffic officers in managing the situation.
