GOVERNOR DAPO HOSTS SPECIAL LUNCH TO CELEBRATE THE AKARIGBO OF REMO LAND AND OTHER AWARDEES
Celebrating the paramount ruler of Remo land, HRH Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi on his national award conferment by the president of Nigeria. His excellency Executive Governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun organized a special lunch of meet and greet, at the Jake’s restaurant, Silverbird Cinema, Abuja.
The special lunch was to celebrate more significantly the AKARIGBO of Remo land and other Ogun state awardees.
In attendance were: His Excellency, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, GCON, Vice President of Nigeria, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker, Federal House of Reps, Her Excellency, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, Deputy Governor, Ogun State, Senator Olamilekan Solomon.
Also, in attendance were: Hon. Commissioners – Housing, Budget and Planning, Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs, Community Development and Cooperatives, Sir. (Hon.) Biyi Adeleye, Special Advisers, SSAs, GLO, SAs, PAs. Royal fathers – His Imperial Majesty, Onirisa, Odofin of Soyindo, Sagamu, Onipara of Ipara Remo, and many VIPs that are too numerous to mention.
It was indeed an atmosphere of love, passion, culture, celebration, and pride for the leaders of Ogun state and Remo land.
