Governor Seyi Makinde Attends Thanksgiving Service Ahead of Inauguration

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State attended a thanksgiving service at Christ Life Church: The Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Ibadan today as part of the programme of events for tomorrow’s inauguration. During his remarks at the service, he expressed gratitude to Bishop Francis Wale Oke and the body of Christ for their support and prayers during his first term.
Makinde went on to say that it has been a privilege to serve the good people of Oyo State and thanked them for giving him and his administration another opportunity to serve for four more years. He further promised that his administration will continue to put the interests of the people of Oyo State first.
The governor’s attendance at the thanksgiving service was a demonstration of his commitment to his faith and his appreciation for the support of the Christian community in the state.
The inauguration of Governor Seyi Makinde for his second term in office is scheduled to take place tomorrow, and the people of Oyo State are looking forward to another four years of progress and development under his leadership.
