In a heartening display of generosity, Victor Osimhen, the talented Super Eagles star, has bestowed a remarkable gift of N2.5 million upon a young boy who dressed like him and showcased impressive football skills that mirrored the athlete’s own prowess.
The young boy, captured in a video donning a mask resembling Osimhen’s face, initially gained attention when the popular Instagram blogger, Tunde Ednut, shared the captivating clip on Tuesday. The video caught Osimhen’s eye, prompting him to express a desire to locate and reward the young fan.
With the collaborative efforts of Tunde Ednut and content creator Eriq Morak, the boy was successfully identified in Ivory Coast. Ednut shared an update, revealing the unexpected discovery, “I initially thought this little man was Nigerian. You won’t believe we found him in Ivory Coast. #eriqmorak found him.”
Expressing gratitude for their assistance, Ednut continued, “I couldn’t see his message, so he reached out to #ogb recently_ and OGB messaged me. I spoke to the family briefly to make sure it was the boy.”
Following the confirmation, Victor Osimhen reached out and generously gifted the young fan the substantial sum of N2.5 million. The boy’s family, visibly touched by the footballer’s kindness, shared a heartfelt video expressing their appreciation for Osimhen’s unexpected and heartwarming gesture.
