Hon. Bola Ahmed Awotubo Declares Intention to Run for Councillor in Iperu Remo Ward 4, Ikenne LG

As a distinguished son of Iperu Remo, Imobido Compound, I, Hon. Bola Ahmed Awotubo (fondly known as Sheikh), am committed to transforming our ward through dedicated service.

With a strong background in teaching and community service, I have dedicated my life to shaping the minds of future generations. My passion for education and poverty alleviation drives me to make a meaningful impact.

My Vision and Mission

I envision a ward where education and poverty alleviation are prioritized. My key initiatives include:

Education:

— Providing learning materials and guidance

— Free tutorial classes for all ages

— Educating citizens on societal vices and moral decadence

Poverty Alleviation:

— Partnering with interest-free cooperative organizations

— Community empowerment programs

My Leadership Experience

I have demonstrated my leadership skills through various roles:

– General Secretary, Old Students Association of Christ Apostolic Grammar School, Iperu Remo

– Chairman, Project Committee, 25th Anniversary of 98 Set (donating six renovated classrooms)

– Coordinator, Al amanah Islamic Cooperative Iperu Remo branch. 2019 to date

– Chairman Green party of Nigeria ward 5, Iperu Remo( GPN, 2018/2019)

– State youth leader, Dapo Abiodun Continuity Agenda(DACA)
