The Government Liaison Officers (GLOs) have unanimously passed a vote of confidence on the Executive Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun, CON, in recognition of his visionary leadership, developmental strides, and commitment to inclusive governance across the state.
In a well-attended gathering held recently, the GLOs reaffirmed their unflinching support for the Governor, praising his administration’s achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and good governance. The officers commended Governor Abiodun for remaining focused, people-oriented, and results-driven in the face of economic and political challenges.
During the event, the Liaison Officers also took the opportunity to inaugurate a new Executive Body to coordinate their affairs more effectively.
The new leadership, drawn from across the three senatorial districts, pledged to uphold unity, discipline, and active collaboration with the state government in promoting grassroots engagement and sustaining the developmental agenda of the administration.
The newly inaugurated Chairman of the GLO forum, Hon. Tola OLUTAYO with other two members of the Glo Management Council Dr. Wale Bello – The Secretary and Otunba Rafiu Odewale – The PRO, they also expressed gratitude to members for the trust reposed in the new team and reiterated their readiness to work closely with the administration of Governor Abiodun to further strengthen community relations and support the delivery of democratic dividends.
This vote of confidence and the inauguration of a new executive body underline the continuing goodwill and widespread support enjoyed by Governor Dapo Abiodun, further affirming his place as a transformational leader committed to building a prosperous Ogun State for all.
