Human Appeal donates food relief to widows, orphans and Indigent Muslims ahead 2025 Ramadan

The humanitarian organization, Human Appeal, has once again extended its charitable efforts by distributing foodstuffs to widows, orphans, and underprivileged Muslims in preparation for the forthcoming Ramadan.
Speaking during the event, Mr. Musbaudeen Adegboyega, the Remo Coordinator of Zakat and Sadaqat Foundation, who championed the distribution of the relief materials in Sagamu on behalf of Human Appeal, emphasized that the initiative by Human Appeal aimed at bringing relief and joy to Muslim faithful, particularly given the current economic challenges in Nigeria.
“This gesture from Human Appeal, with which Zakat and Sadaqat assisted in its distribution, is a great relief for those preparing for this year’s Ramadan,” Adegboyega stated.
Adegboyega also called on well-meaning individuals and organizations to extend similar acts of kindness by supporting those in need, either personally or through structured initiatives.
Some of the beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude for the support, noting that the food items would go a long way in easing their burden during Ramadan. A widow, Mrs. Aisha Lawal, described the donation as a blessing, saying, “With the high cost of food, this support means so much to us. May Allah reward Human Appeal abundantly.” Similarly, an orphan, Musa Abdullahi, appreciated the gesture, adding that it would help his family have a more comfortable Ramadan.
As the event concluded, Adegboyega wished the Muslim community a Happy Ramadan, praying that Allah, who grants them the opportunity to witness the first day of the holy month, would guide them until the last.
