JAMB Releases 2025 UTME Results, Withholds 39,834 Over Malpractice Suspicions
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) announced on Friday the release of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results, with the results of 39,834 candidates being temporarily withheld.
JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, made the announcement during the official results presentation at the JAMB headquarters in Bwari. He explained that the results were withheld due to suspected examination malpractices. Currently, approximately 80 individuals are under investigation for exam-related offenses, with Anambra State recording the highest number of suspects.
