Tanzanian singer Juma Jux and his Nigerian wife, Priscilla Ojo, have endeared themselves to many with a heartfelt video of their visit to former Tanzanian President, Hon. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete.
The couple received a warm welcome at Kikwete’s residence, where they enjoyed his gracious hospitality and an exclusive tour of his opulent mansion.
Reports indicate that Juma Jux and Priscilla have formally invited the former president to their lavish wedding in Lagos scheduled for next month. This follows the intimate first phase of their wedding, which occurred in February, attended by close family members and friends.
Sharing a post on Instagram, Juma Jux expressed his gratitude to ex-President Kikwete while hinting at their upcoming celebration in Lagos. He wrote, “I am grateful for the opportunity to officially introduce my wonderful wife @its.priscy to Hon. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, the retired president of the fourth phase of the Republic of Tanzania, along with his lovely wife Mama Salma Kikwete.
“I also took the chance to extend our invitation to our next big concert, #JP2025, where we plan to have a special ceremony in April in Nigeria, followed by a final celebration here in Tanzania in May. It was a true joy to be welcomed into their home and share this memorable moment as we embark on our journey of marriage.

Notably, just two days before Valentine’s Day, Juma Jux proposed to Priscilla for the second time in front of her family and friends.
