Lashone Group CEO Inspires Youth Innovation, Addresses Unemployment Challenges

The chief executive officer of Lashone Group, Dr. Lanre encouraged young people to become more innovative in addressing the economy’s rising challenges.

He also addressed stakeholders at a formalin Lagos, while participants and clients were given presents worth millions, including lands and farm products. According to Dr. Shonekan, the organization was founded touring the development of young entrepreneurs to aid in addressing unemployment.

He claimed his vision continues to expand as he mentors and sponsors young people in occupational skills and business growth, advising aspiring entrepreneurs to be focused, carve out a niche, and identify their areas of strength rather than putting money first when starting a business.

He said: “It started as a real estate firm and a business school was established as our firm thrived. The school was to train people for free. I partnered with the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA) to send a minimum of 200 people there every year, including the Ministry of Youths and Sports, the Ministry of Women Affairs, and Poverty Alleviation.

“We are strengthening the economy through youth empowerment and job provisions. This is one of the ways we give back to society. “Create a niche for yourself, be resilient. Don’t allow any obstacle to be an impediment. Look for something to do while you’re looking for that job. If there is a field you want to enter, look for a mentor,” he advised.
