Nigeria Qualifies for Next Round of AWCON After São Tomé Withdraws from Qualifier

CAF has confirmed that the African Women Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria and São Tomé and Príncipe is cancelled due to withdrawal of  São Tome.

Nigeria therefore qualifies for next round and will face the winner between Cape Verde and Liberia, at the second-round stage slated for the period 27th Nov – 5th Dec.
