NNL, SLTV Seal Deal to Broadcast Super Eight Playoff Live
The Nigeria National League (NNL) has announced a partnership with Metrodigital (SLTV) to broadcast the upcoming Super Eight playoff tournament live.
In a formal statement, Metrodigital confirmed its commitment to airing the matches, stating, “Consequent upon our physical meetings with you and subsequent telephone conversations, Metrodigital (SLTV) consents to the NNL broadcast partnership for the Super 8 competition. With this acceptance, Metrodigital will broadcast the event live on Facebook and Radio Nigeria is set to provide commentaries as agreed.”
The NNL had previously announced that Radio Nigeria would provide live commentary for the matches. This collaboration with SLTV now ensures that fans can watch the games live on television, further enriching the experience.
The Super Eight playoff tournament, a critical event for teams vying for promotion, is scheduled to take place from July 7 to 14, 2024, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
