OGUN ANA URGED TO PARTNER WITH OGSG ON BETTER EDUCATION IN THE STATE
The Association of Nigerian Authors have been urged to partner with the Ogun State Government, OGSG in a bid to encourage reading culture in the educational sector of the state.
The Head of Service, Dr. Nafiu Aigoro stated this while hosting members of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) on a courtesy visit to his office in Abeokuta.
Dr. Aigoro called for more collaboration between the association and Ogun State Government to encourage a reading culture in the State.
” You are using this officially to register your presence and, of course, you have collaboration with the Government with the use of the library. We need to work together, to operate and to ensure that your vision matches what we have in the education of our students” the Hos said.
Speaking earlier, the Chairman of the association, Dr. Chris Omotosho said, Ogun writers have made an impact across Nigeria, pledging to continue projecting the good image of the State to the world.
