Ogun State Council of Obas Congratulates Governor Dapo Abiodun on Supreme Court Victory

The esteemed Ogun State Council of Obas extended their warm wishes to Governor Dapo Abiodun following his recent triumph at the Supreme Court.

Led by the Chairman, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Ajayi, CFR, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, the council expressed their delight at the court’s verdict, which upheld Governor Abiodun’s well-deserved victory. The presence of other revered paramount rulers, including the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland and the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, further highlighted the unity and support within the Traditional Institution in Ogun State.

Governor Dapo Abiodun expressed deep gratitude for the unwavering support and guidance he has received from the esteemed Traditional Institution in Ogun State throughout his journey in office, spanning over five years.

Alongside Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Ajayi, we were honoured to have the presence of other revered paramount rulers in Ogun State, including His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Micheal Adedotun Gbadebo, CFR, the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Olugbenle, MFR, the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, as well as the esteemed Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, who was represented by the Orimolusi of Ijebu-Igbo, His Royal Highness, Oba Lawrence Adebajo.
