Ogun State Government Unveils Members of Non-Statutory Boards

The Ogun State Government has announced the appointment of new members to various non-statutory boards, as part of its efforts to reposition the state’s agencies for optimal performance.
According to a statement by the Special Adviser, Media and Strategy to Governor Dapo Abiodun, Hon. Kayode Akinmade, the appointments cut across four key agencies, including the Ogun Waste Management Authority (OGWAMA), Ogun State Agricultural and Multipurpose Credit Agency (OSAMCA), Plantgate Limited, and the Ogun State Alternative Medicine Board (OGAMB).
The statement revealed that the appointments are the first in a series of announcements to be made by the state government.
Hon. Ajibola Kaka was appointed Chairman of OGWAMA, while Sodeinde Kunle chairs OSAMCA. Engr. Mukaila Olugbuyi Bello leads Plantgate Limited, and Nurudeen Olaleye Alawoerin heads OGAMB.
Other appointees include Prince Salako Olalekan, Mr. Iroko Ganiu, Hon. Adefisan Kazeem, and many others.
The government has charged the new appointees to put in their best efforts to turnaround the fortunes of their respective agencies, and contribute to the overall development of the state.
