Ogun State Governor Reiterates Commitment to Workers’ Welfare During Meeting with Public Servants

Governor Dapo Abiodun met with Ogun State workers and Permanent Secretaries during his first working day in office after his second-term inauguration. During the meeting, he commended the state’s workforce and reiterated his administration’s commitment to their welfare.
Governor Abiodun promised to look for result-oriented ways to improve the lot of public servants, with a focus on professionalism, efficiency, and productivity.
The Governor thanked the public servants for their conduct and support towards the successful implementation of the ISEYA Agenda during his first term. He solicited more of such conduct and support, with a mutually beneficial collaboration all through his second term in office. Governor Abiodun also urged the workers to continue to work hard and contribute their quota towards the development of the state.
The meeting with Ogun State workers and Permanent Secretaries is part of Governor Abiodun’s efforts to foster a good working relationship with the state’s public servants. The Governor has consistently reiterated his administration’s commitment to the welfare of the workers, emphasizing that they are the engine room of the state’s development. The meeting is expected to provide a platform for constructive dialogue between the workers and the Governor’s administration, with a view to enhancing productivity and efficiency in the state’s public service.
