Ogun State Head of Service Urges Public Servants to Rededicate Themselves to Effective Service in 2025
The Ogun State Head of Service, Onasanya Made, has called on public servants to rededicate themselves to effective service in the new year, emphasising the need for greater commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy to the citizens.
In a statement released on Monday by the Information Officer, Office of the Head of Service, Onasanya delivered the message during an interview with journalists at his office in Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.
Highlighting the achievements of the previous year, Onasanya praised Governor Dapo Abiodun for making 2024 a remarkable year for all categories of workers through various impactful initiatives.
He stated that the future of the state depends on building upon the successes of the past year while consolidating progress under the “Building Our Future Together” agenda of the state government.
“To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce in 2025, various training programs have been scheduled. I urge civil servants across the state to put in their best in their various endeavours, as their contributions are pivotal to sustaining progress and ensuring the continued prosperity of the state’s public service,” Onasanya said.
He further encouraged civil servants to maintain the reputation of the public service by upholding integrity, discipline, and diligence as core principles of their daily and official conduct.
