Ongoing Road, Bridge Project- Oyo State Gov Expreses Satisfaction After Inspection
The Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde who visited the ongoing project within Ibadan Oyo state capital in Odo Ona Elewe-Apata, and Onipepeye bridge projects has expressed satisfaction with the progress of the work well done.
The governor who stated this while inspecting the ongoing dualization of the 12.5 km Challenge-Odo Ona Elewe-Apata and other ongoing projects noted that the project would be ready before the end of the year.
“We inspected the ongoing dualization of the 12.5km Challenge-Odo Ona Elewe-Apata Road, Ibadan. The project is making good progress and should be completed before the end of the year.
“We also inspected the Onipepeye Bridge which is part of the dualization of the 7.3 km Agodi Gate-Old Ife Road-Adegbayi Junction with a spur to Alakia-Ibadan Airport (3.3 km), Ibadan.
“The project was re-awarded and the bridge is done while work is ongoing on the underpass” he added.
