PDP Kicks Off Sagamu LG Campaign, Urges Residents to Demand Change
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has officially launched its campaign for the upcoming local government elections in Sagamu, Ogun State, with a passionate call to residents to demand change and defend their votes.
The party’s chairmanship candidate, Hon. (Dr.) Oyenuga Adeshola Jamiu Jasper, delivered a stirring address, emphasizing that Sagamu deserves a government genuinely committed to the people’s welfare.
“Sagamu is ours, we must and should do everything possible to prioritize its growth, development, and welfare of the people”. Jasper partly said.
Adeyinka Ashaye, another PDP leader, reinforced the call for strong voter participation, emphasizing that every vote counts. “If we are to win, we need each of you to come out en masse,” Ashaye urged. “We need to preach our vision to every resident and convince them to come out, vote, and stay vigilant.”
The PDP’s campaign trail is expected to move across different wards in sagamu, sensitizing the Indigents and making them see reasons why their candidates at both the chairmanship and councillorship level are capable of delivering the true mandate to the people of Sagamu.
