Portable Released on Bail After Petition Withdrawal by Saheed Osupa

Singer Badmus Abeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, was released on bail on Tuesday. Prior to his release, he opted for a clean shave of his distinctive multi-coloured hair.

His release came after Saheed Osupa, who traveled to Ilorin for the case, withdrew the petition against him. Officials at the Oke-Kura custodial center in Ilorin confirmed that Portable was released at approximately 3:30 PM, following adjustments to his bail conditions.

At the time of his release, two of his wives were present. It was also reported that Portable enjoyed his first meal on Tuesday morning since his arrest on Monday.

Portable was taken into custody on Saturday in Abeokuta, Ogun State, by operatives from the Kwara State Police Command, facing charges of criminal intimidation, defamation, and threats to life against Saheed Osupa.
