Radanuwa of Idado Sagamu Celebrates 51st Birthday with Youth Football Tournament

The Radanuwa of Idado, Sagamu, Oba Musiliu Oriyomi Soile, is celebrating his 51st birthday in a unique and exciting way — by giving back to the youth of his community.

He has organized a football tournament, which kicked off a week ago, featuring 8 teams from across the Idado community. The teams, Lidero FC, Ibidero FC, Ayetuntun FC, Adegbade FC,Egungun FC, Agemo United, Eluku FC, Ifesowapo FC, are competing for the grand prize, with the group stage nearing its conclusion.

The last games of the group stage are scheduled to take place simultaneously at two venues tomorrow, Wednesday, May 8th, 2024. The qualified teams will then proceed to the semifinals and ultimately, the finals, which will be held on May 22nd, 2024, at the Gateway Stadium, Sagamu. The winning teams will receive several gifts, courtesy of the Radanuwa’s generosity.
