Remo-born Prof. Mayungbe Becomes Ogun State’s First Licensed Forensic Accountant

Ogun State has produced its first Licensed Forensic Accountant, Prof. Richard Mayungbe FCCr.FA, following the rigorous training conducted by the Chartered Institute of Forensics and Fraud Investigators of Nigeria at the EFCC Academy, Abuja.

The training, which was established by Act of Parliament No 45, saw only 50 practitioners emerge successful and issued with the license and seal to practice in Nigeria. Prof. Mayungbe, hailing from Remo North in Ogun State, is among the elite group of professionals who have earned this prestigious credential.

Prof. Mayungbe’s expertise is expected to be instrumental in promoting transparency and accountability in the state’s fidealings.7ealings.
