Remo Citizens Welcome Solomon Oyekan Obele 1 as Action Alliance Begins Campaign Tour

Remoland, Ogun State — Citizens of Remo are engaging actively in political discussions as the campaign season gathers momentum, with many looking forward to new leadership options ahead of the coming elections. One of the emerging candidates drawing attention is Solomon Oyekan, popularly known as Obele 1, who has commenced a campaign tour across Remoland under the platform of the Action Alliance.
The campaign train, which took off yesterday from the Party Secretariat in Itunshokun, Sagamu, made stops in several towns and communities including Ikenne, Ilishan, Ode Remo, Saapade, Ipara, and Iperu. Supporters lined the streets to welcome the team, holding placards and chanting slogans in support of the candidate.
Some residents expressed interest in the fresh perspective Oyekan represents. “We want a leader who understands our challenges and can work to address them,” said Mrs. Funke Adebayo, a resident of Ikenne.
Oyekan’s message focuses on youth participation, infrastructural improvement, and transparent governance. “It’s time for practical steps that will create opportunities and development,” he said while addressing supporters during the tour.
The campaign attracted notable participation from youths and community members, with displays of support and calls for inclusivity in governance. Observers note that the campaign’s reception so far reflects growing interest in alternative political options in Remo as the elections approach.
