Remo Methodist High School Commemorates 23rd Founders Day Anniversary with Grand Celebration

Remo Methodist High School marked a significant milestone this week as it celebrated its 23rd Founder’s Day Anniversary. The biennial event was a spectacle of talent, culture, and recognition, leaving an indelible mark on all attendees.
Wednesday, 29th November 2023, was specifically their prize-giving Day.
Mrs. Esther Omoniyi, a distinguished guest speaker, graced the occasion with her insightful address on “Unlocking Your Potentials.” Her words resonated with students, emphasizing the importance of realizing and maximizing their individual capabilities.
Some other distinguished guests present were, Yeye Bola Saka, the official Chairperson of the occasion, Mr. David Osidein, the Chairman of the day, Mr Buzube Monday, the Head of School, Otunba Ayotunde Mayungbo, the PTA Chairman, Rev. Jude, the school’s new chaplain, among several others.
The cultural presentations and gospel choreography by the students showcased the rich diversity and high-end values that Methodist High School proudly upholds. The performances were a testament to the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals.
The highlight of the evening was the prize-giving segment, where a sense of achievement filled the air. Presided over by the principal of the school, Yeye Folasade Sosanwo made sure that students, teachers, and parents were honored for their outstanding contributions to the school community. The awards served as a recognition of punctuality, hard work, dedication, and excellence across various disciplines.
