Sagamu Residents Rejoice as Banking Transactions Increase After Recent Reopening of Banks

Sagamu residents are celebrating a surge in banking transactions after several banks recently reopened in the community. The banks had been closed for several months due to security concerns, leaving residents with limited access to essential banking services.

In an interview with a resident of Sagamu, Mrs. Funke Adeyemi, she expressed her appreciation to the Akarigbo for his efforts to restore banking activity in the area. She said, “We are very grateful to the Akarigbo for his intervention in restoring banking activity in Sagamu. It was very difficult for us when the banks were closed, and we had to travel long distances to access banking services. But now that the banks have reopened, life is much easier for us.”
