Sanwo-Olu Congratulates Ambode on 60th Birthday

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has congratulated his predecessor, former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, on the occasion of his 60th birthday. In a statement released on Wednesday, Governor Sanwo-Olu praised Mr. Ambode’s decades of service to the state, both as a civil servant and as governor.

Mr. Ambode served as Council Treasurer, Auditor General for Local Government, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, and Accountant-General of Lagos State before being elected governor in 2015. During his tenure as governor, he made positive and significant impacts in several sectors, working for the continuous growth and development of the state.
