The founder of Soyoye Akinyode Welfare Initiatives (SAWI), Hon. Soyoye Akinyode Solomon, recently met with President Bola Tinubu’s Senior Special Assistant on National Assembly Matters, Hon. (Barr) Olarewaju Kunle Ibrahim, to discuss the 2025 budget.

The meeting, held on January 29, 2025, highlighted SAWI’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote economic growth, education, and healthcare.

During the meeting, Hon. Solomon lauded President Tinubu’s “Budget of Restoration,” which aims to revitalize the economy, enhance national security, and invest in human capital development.

The budget prioritizes key sectors, including agricultural development, natural resource conservation, and social welfare. Specifically, it aims to enhance productivity and resilience in farming, effectively manage natural resources, and improve healthcare for women and children.

The “Budget of Restoration” is designed to drive transformative growth and solidify key reforms in the nation. It also seeks to address pressing economic concerns, including inflation, exchange rate volatility, and social inequalities, through economic diversification and good governance.

By engaging with key stakeholders, SAWI aims to contribute to the development of policies and programs that benefit Nigerian citizens.
