SAWI PARTNERS NGO, NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (NCPWD) SET TO EMPOWER PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACROSS REMO-LAND
Soyoye Akinyode Welfare Initiatives (SAWI) has partnered with Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Center and the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities to launch a key initiative aimed at empowering individuals living with disabilities across Remo Land.
This program involves the provision of essential living aid materials—such as mobility devices, assistive tools, and healthcare supplies—and providing cash grants to support the financial needs of persons with disabilities.
The goal of this initiative is to improve the quality of life for those affected, promote social inclusion, and foster independence by ensuring access to necessary resources and support.
The partnership highlights the ongoing commitment of both organizations to advocate for the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in Nigeria.
The distribution of aid and grants is expected to reach many beneficiaries across Remo Land, with efforts to ensure transparency and maximum impact.
This initiative aligns with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and the I.S.E.Y.A. Agenda of Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun CON, which promotes the welfare of persons with disabilities, all inclusive governance, disability rights, and access to basic services.
