SAWI RECEIVES ROYAL BLESSINGS FROM AKARIGBO OF REMO LAND ON HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES BID — MONARCH COMMENDS ASPIRANT FOR IMPACTFUL COMMUNITY SERVICE
The Strategic Consultation of Hon. Soyoye Akinyode Solomon (SAWI) on his House of Representatives aspiration recorded a significant milestone as he received royal blessings from His Royal Majesty, Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, CFR, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remo Land.
During a formal courtesy visit to the Akarigbo’s palace, Hon. Soyoye expressed his intention to represent the fabulously united people of Remo-Land at the Green Chamber, stating that his experience and professional network at the National Assembly will accelerate and solidify the continuity of progressive development in Remo-Land.
In a warm and supportive gesture, Oba Adewale Ajayi offered his royal blessings and encouragement, acknowledging the aspirant’s dedication to service and the remarkable impact he has made across Remo communities.
The monarch commended SAWI for his years of consistent grassroots engagement and transformative community development interventions. “Leadership is not about titles, but about service. I have watched your efforts and seen your commitment to the welfare of our people, especially in health, education, and youth empowerment. You have my royal blessings as you take this bold step,” he stated.
The SAWI delegation, led by Otunba Wemmy Osude, expressed deep gratitude to the Akarigbo for his fatherly support and wise counsel. He highlighted the significance of traditional institutions in shaping inclusive governance. He affirmed that Hon. Soyoye has the capacity to continue the legacy of championing the cause of capable and visionary leadership in Remo-Land.
In his remarks, the aspirant Hon. Akinyode reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive representation, equity, and sustainable development. “This royal blessing is not just a prayer. It is a call to greater service. I am inspired and further emboldened to represent the good people of our constituency with integrity and purpose,” he said.
The visit concluded with prayers for peace, progress, and continued unity in Remo Land, as SAWI reaffirmed its resolve to build a new generation of accountable and people-centered representation in IKENNE/SAGAMU/REMO-NORTH FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.
