Seyi Makinde, Nyesome wike Commission Road, Other Projects in Ibadan

The executive governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde, alongside governor Nyesome wike, commissioned some projects in the heart of Ibadan, the capital of the state on Friday. The governor, in a post flag off statement appreciated everyone for coming around, and promised to do more for the people of Oyo state.
“Grateful to my brother, H.E. Nyesom Wike, who was in Ibadan today to commission the 3.2 km Ibadan Airport Road dualisation and rehabilitation of adjoining roads; and the 500,000 litres aviation fuel storage and dispensing facility installed by our administration at the airport.
“These projects are part of our administration’s plan to turn the area around the airport into an aerotropolis and upgrade the Ibadan Airport to international standard. We have renamed the road Dr Omololu Olunloyo Airport Road after one of our former Governors in Oyo State.
“Governor Wike also flagged off the construction of the Dr Omololu Olunloyo Park which is a leisure park that will include gardens, visual architectural and cultural pieces, a viewing gallery, car parking and toilet facilities” Seyi Makinde said.
