Tems Headlines FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show”

Tems, J Balvin, and Doja Cat will headline the FIFA Club World Cup final halftime show on July 13 at New York’s MetLife Stadium, bringing together an international lineup of music stars for a memorable performance.

 

According to a statement by Global Citizen on its website, the producers of the show, the star-studded performance will be broadcast live and free on DAZN.com, allowing fans around the world to tune in.

 

Speaking about the upcoming performance, Tems shared her excitement and the deeper meaning behind the show.

 

Tems said, ”We’re going to bring the world together for a beautiful moment to celebrate football, feel the unity that music brings, and improve the lives of millions of children through the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund

“I can’t wait. See you at the FIFA Club World Cup final!”

 

A member of Tems’ management team, Muyiwa Awoniyi, also confirmed the news, saying, “Pleased to announce that @temsbaby will be performing at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 on Sunday 13th July 2025 at the Metlife Stadium.

 

A huge thank you to FIFA President Gianni Infantino and Global Citizen Co-Founder and CEO Hugh Evans.

 

“This is the first-ever halftime show in a FIFA competition and we are proud and honoured to be a part of it.”

 

According to Global Citizen, the event aims to raise over $100 million for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, supporting education efforts and FIFA’s Football for Schools program across over 200 countries.

 

They said $1 from every ticket sold to FIFA Club World Cup 2025 matches in the US will be donated to the fund.

 

Global Citizen stated, “The FIFA Club World Cup Final will feature a live halftime show produced by Global Citizen.

 

“With performances from artists across Africa, South America, and North America, this event reflects Global Citizen’s core belief: that music and unity can help solve the world’s greatest challenges.”

 

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is set to break records as the biggest global club tournament, attracting millions of viewers worldwide.
