Tinubu Administers Oath to Kekere-Ekun as New CJN
Today, President Bola Tinubu officiated the swearing-in of Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the 23rd Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) at the State House Council Chamber in Abuja.
Her tenure commences as she takes the reins from outgoing CJN, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, who retired after reaching the mandatory age of 70.
The ceremony was attended by esteemed dignitaries from all three arms of government. Her appointment still awaits the Senate confirmation.
