Following the news on various platforms on Friday about a section of Alaba Market on Fire, the Lagos Police PRO has tweeted on his Twitter account, stating that there’s no fire outbreak in alaba Market.
“This is a false narrative! Acting on credible information, police officers from Ojo Division raided shanties around the market, arrested suspected criminals and recovered some weapons. The shanties were thereafter set on fire.
“Alaba Int’l Market is NOT on fire!” SP Benjamin Hundeyin said.
