Remo Embraces Vibrant Essence of Isese Day with a Spectacular Display of Culture, Tradition

Traditional leaders and residents of Remo in Ogun State, Nigeria, came together in joyous celebration today for Isese Day. The streets of Remo and other cities were filled with peaceful walks and festivities, as people and traditionalists commemorated this significant event.

 

Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, declared Monday as a work-free day to honor Isese Day, highlighting the importance of respecting the traditions and fostering unity among the adherents of all religions in the state. This decision, backed by the Ogun State House of Assembly, aims to uphold the rich cultural heritage and promote harmony among the diverse communities in the region.
