In a significant move to enhance the education system in Ogun State, Governor Dapo Abiodun, has given his approval for the engagement of 3000 teachers.

This decision aims to address the growing need for quality education and provide more opportunities for aspiring educators. Out of the 3000 teachers, 1000 OgunTeach Interns currently working in the state will be absorbed into the Official Teaching Service Commission as permanent teachers. This will recognize their dedication and ensure stability in the teaching workforce.

Additionally, the remaining 2000 positions will be allocated to fresh OgunTeach Interns, allowing them to gain valuable experience and contribute to the development of education in the state.

The engagement of these new teachers will help meet the increasing demand for quality education and provide students with a nurturing learning environment. Governor Abiodun’s proactive approach to investing in education reflects his commitment to empowering the youth and fostering a brighter future for Ogun State.
